4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an Order: When you place an order through our website, it will be considered an offer to buy the products. We will send you an order acknowledgement email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
• Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified on our checkout page, which may include major credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways provided by Shopify Payments. Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly after you place your order.
• Security: You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• UK Delivery: We offer secure, insured delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom. All deliveries are made via a trusted courier (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery) and will require a signature upon receipt.
• International Delivery: We offer international shipping to select destinations. Please contact us at sales@aspirediamonds.co.uk for a quote and to confirm if we deliver to your location. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You are responsible for paying these charges.
• Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe specified on the product page. For bespoke or made-to-order items, the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you separately.
• Packaging: All items are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging for security.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

• Returns Policy: We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Bespoke or personalized items (e.g., engraved items, custom designs) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
• How to Make a Return:
  1. Please contact our customer service team at sales@aspirediamonds.co.uk to inform us of your intention to return an item.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

7. Warranty and Repairs

• Lifetime Warranty: Aspire Diamonds is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewellery against manufacturing defects. This warranty is a testament to the quality of our craftsmanship.
• Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, loss of the item, or loss of stones.
• Conditions: To maintain your lifetime warranty, you must have your jewellery inspected by us every two years. This inspection service is complimentary. Any repairs or resizing must be carried out by Aspire Diamonds; work undertaken by other jewellers will void the warranty.
• Repairs: For repairs not covered under the warranty, we will provide a quote for the work required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aspire Diamonds or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or website without express written permission from us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspire Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights. We do not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence.
