We are pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

• Our Courier: All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure, next-day service that is tracked and requires a signature upon receipt.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive before 1:00 PM on the next working day.
• Cost: Free of charge for all UK addresses.
• Insurance: Your item is fully insured against loss or damage during transit, right up until it is signed for by you.

2. International Delivery

We are proud to serve customers around the world.

• Our Courier: International orders are shipped via trusted, secure international couriers such as FedEx or DHL, ensuring a fully tracked and insured service.
• Cost & Availability: Shipping costs and availability vary by destination. For a precise quote and to confirm if we ship to your country, please contact our customer service team at sales@aspirediamonds.co.uk before placing your order.
• Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Aspire Diamonds has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

The time it takes for us to dispatch your order depends on the item you have selected.

• In-Stock Items: Items that are in stock will typically be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
• Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items: Many of our rings and fine jewellery pieces are made to order to ensure the highest quality. The estimated creation and dispatch time for these items is clearly stated on each product page (e.g., "Ready to ship in 2-3 weeks").
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you place your order.
• Dispatch Notification: We will send you a second email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

4. Our Packaging

Your privacy and the security of your purchase are paramount.

• Discreet Outer Packaging: All orders are sent in a plain, unbranded outer box or padded envelope. There is no mention of "Aspire Diamonds" on the exterior of the package to ensure it does not attract unwanted attention.
• Beautiful Inner Packaging: Inside, your jewellery will be presented in our signature Aspire Diamonds gift box and packaging, ready for your special moment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you can monitor its journey. Your dispatch confirmation email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's website, allowing you to view the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Important Information

• Signature Required: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
• Delivery to Alternate Addresses: We can deliver to an address other than your billing address (e.g., a work address). For security, we may require additional verification for orders delivered to a different address.
• P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local depot.
