Official Sweepstake Rules - Aspire Diamonds

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in this Sweepstake, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstake.

1. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstake is Aspire Diamonds, located at 103 Vyse Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6DL, United Kingdom ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote it.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstake is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKE PERIOD: The Sweepstake begins on [Start Date, e.g., 1st July 2025] at [Start Time, e.g., 9:00 AM BST] and ends on [End Date, e.g., 31st July 2025] at [End Time, e.g., 11:59 PM BST] (the "Sweepstake Period"). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstake.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry:

• A) Online Entry: During the Sweepstake Period, visit our website at [Your Website URL, e.g., www.aspirediamonds.com/sweepstake] and complete the official online entry form with your full name, valid email address, and any other required information. All online entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstake Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) online entry per person/email address.

• B) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase or visiting the website, hand-print your full name, complete postal address, phone number, and email address on a piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped envelope to: Aspire Diamonds Sweepstake Entry, 103 Vyse Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6DL. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the [End Date] and received by [Date a few days after the end date, e.g., 5th August 2025] to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• [Detailed Description of the Prize, e.g., "One (1) 18k White Gold Solitaire Diamond Ring, featuring a 0.50ct Round Brilliant Lab-Grown Diamond, G Colour, VS2 Clarity."]

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is [Prize Value, e.g., £1,500.00].

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about [Drawing Date, e.g., 8th August 2025] from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing date. The potential winner will be required to respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or city and county of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstake if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstake, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Aspire Diamonds and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Sweepstake and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstake.

9. DISPUTES: This Sweepstake is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By participating, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstake, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in England and Wales.

11. WINNER'S LIST: To receive the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Aspire Diamonds Sweepstake Winner's List, 103 Vyse Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6DL. Requests must be received no later than 90 days after the end of the Sweepstake Period.
