If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full, no-hassle refund or exchange.

How to Make a Return or Exchange
We've made the process as simple as possible.

Contact Us: Please email our friendly customer service team at sales@aspirediamonds.co.uk with your order number and your intention to return or exchange an item.

Receive Instructions: We will reply promptly with a return authorisation and clear instructions on how to securely send your item back to us.

Package Your Item: Please package the item securely in its original box. We strongly recommend you use an insured and tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days and notify you via email.
Please Note:
- Returns cannot be accepted on bespoke, engraved, or personalized items unless they are faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if their sealed packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
Returns and Our "Pay After Use" Option
Our unique "Pay After Use" option is built on trust, and so is our returns policy for it.
- If you decide to return your item within the 30-day or 90-day period before your payment is due, simply follow the return process above. Once we receive the item, your order and payment obligation will be cancelled completely. No payment will be taken.
1-Year Quality Warranty
Beyond our returns policy, every piece of Aspire Diamonds jewellery comes with a complimentary 1-Year Warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects and is a testament to the quality and durability of our craftsmanship.
- If you encounter any issues that you believe are due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an inspection and, if a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace your item free of charge.
- This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss of the item, or normal wear and tear.
