I have seen a ring on your website can I try it on?
Yes if you contact our store based in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter on email@example.com or 0121 236 5799 to let them know which designs you were interested in and they can make an appointment for you.
Do I need to make an appointment to come in to store?
You can pop in to store without an appointment but if there is a particular ring you would like to look at then it is best to contact the team to double check they have it in store, on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Is the store easy to find from the city centre?
Yes, the Jewellery Quarter is easily accessible form the town centre. The trams and the trains stop at the Jewellery Quarter Station which is only a 5 minute walk from the store. To drive or take a taxi takes only about 5mins from the centre.
What are your opening times?
Our store is open Monday-Saturday 9.30-4.30 and Sundays 10.30-3.30. Bank holidays are 10-4
How can I find out my finger size?
You can use our chart to find your finger size by using an existing ring here. Our designs come with complimentary re-size (excluding full wedding/eternity rings) so that if you are slightly unsure or are buying for of someone else than don’t worry.
Can you resize my ring?
If your ring was brought from us then we can re-size most designs by a few sizes either way which costs £25 and takes approx. a week. Some designs which are set all the way around like full eternities cannot be resized.
Can you add engraving to my ring?
Yes, you can add engraving to your order when adding the ring to your basket, if you have a query about what may fit in a specific ring please get in touch on email@example.com . This will mean that the order is bespoke so will then be non-refundable.
Can I buy a setting without buying a diamond?
Our rings are made for the centre diamond you have chosen so we only sell them set with the centre diamond.
I have seen a design I like but can’t see it on your website, is it something you can make?
We don’t make bespoke rings but we do have some designs in store that aren’t on the website so send us a picture across to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see if we have something similar.
I would like a particular diamond specification which I can’t see on your website do you have any other diamonds available?
If I come into store can I take the design on the same day?
We have a selection of rings and jewellery in stock which can be purchased to take away on the day. If it is a specific design from our website just let us know on email@example.com and we will check for you.
What is the difference between White gold and Platinum and Palladium?

Will my ring be hallmarked?
Yes all of our rings and jewellery are Hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office to confirm the metal. Find a breakdown of your hallmark here.
Are your diamonds conflict free?
Yes we are a member of Stop Blood Diamonds and all of our diamond suppliers have to be a member of the Kimberly Process which was set up to help eradicate the illegal diamond trade. For more information click here.
Are your diamonds independently certified?
Yes we have a few different certifications available so you can choose which you would like to go for. We have more information on this here.
Do you offer Finance options?
Yes, we have a selection of finance options, more information on this here.
Yes but this will need to be arranged with us beforehand, no goods can be released unless this has been arranged prior to collection.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?
Our system requires us to post to the billing address for fraud check purposes if you are unable to do this then contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we use Fedex to deliver abroad, this service adds a nominal charge.
Do you offer a VAT refund for non UK customers?
Yes customers from outside the UK or with a BFPO address can claim a VAT refund.

Yes, just have the design code you would like and specifications to hand and give us a call on 0121 236 5799.
Returns & Aftercare
Can I return or exchange my item?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our items online so you have the option to exchange for a different design or a full refund. Items viewed instore can be exchanged or issued a credit note to the same value.
How do I return my item?

What is your warranty policy?
We provide you with 12 months manufacturing warranty however this does not include damage to the ring or general wear and tear. If you would like some more information please visit our Warranty page.
Can I cancel my order?
Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we can arrange this for you.
Can I have my rings cleaned and polished?
We offer a re-polishing and cleaning service the charge for this is £25 per ring, it will include checking the settings of any diamonds and re-applying finishes on wedding bands etc. If your items are white gold then they will also be re-plated after polishing. This service takes approximately 1 week.
Can you re-size my ring?
We offer one complimentary re-size with our rings (excluding full diamond set wedding/eternity rings) after this the charge is £35 and will take approx. 1 week to be done. If you have had your rings engraved then there may be a charge to re-do this if it is worn away during the re-sizing process.
Can I upgrade my diamond?
We offer all our customers to upgrade their diamond. You would need you to contact the store and provide a copy of your original receipt and certification and they will give you a quote for a new diamond. In order for us to process an upgrade the new total must be a minimum of £1000 more than the original purchase.
