We just ask a few things:

Ensure the ring returns to us in the same condition when it was dispatched
All documents must be returned along with the item
You must send it back in the same form as it was received. Whether it was royal mail or fedex.

Please note that failure to return any documents or return the ring in its correct condition can result in a charge.

Once we have received and the item has been checked your amount will be refund to your previously used method of payment. This can take from 3-8 days to show on your bank/card statement.
